Built on a belief that business should do better
Brave & Heart was founded in 2017 with a simple conviction: that organisations deserve honest, practical advice, not consultancy theatre. Too many businesses were being sold complex solutions to simple problems, and expensive strategies that gathered dust on a shelf.
We built something different. A consultancy that embeds itself in your challenges, works alongside your teams, and cares as much about outcomes as you do. One that holds itself to the same standards it sets for its clients.
That philosophy led us to become a B Corp-certified business in 2024, one of under 3,000 in the UK, and to be accredited as a Living Wage Employer. Not because it looks good, but because we genuinely believe it's the right way to operate.

As one of less than 3,000 in the UK, our certification means we're verified to meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance. We scored particularly highly on Workers, inclusion, diversity, fair pay, and wellbeing. That's not incidental; it's how we're built.

We're accredited by the Living Wage Foundation because we believe a positive work culture has to extend to pay. If we want our people to bring their best to your challenges, they need a quality of life that makes that possible. Pizza parties only go so far.

It is a pleasure to have sponsored a rising star in women’s football as she joined the Sunderland Football Club’s Academy of Light under-15 girls team.
