    CEO & MD

    David founded Brave & Heart in 2017 after 28 years at Nissan, where his most recent role was Head of Digital for Africa Middle East & India.

    He leads the team with his expert IT and digital skills, as well as his successful years in the digital marketing industry.

    Consultant Account Manager

    With over a decade of experience in project management, Rachel leads some of our biggest projects at Brave & Heart.

    She is an experienced business analyst and highly skilled in business processes, planning, and management.

    Senior Technical Manager

    Max joined us in 2024 as our head developer. His career path led him to specialising in Power Platform solutions.

    As our Dynamics and Power Platform solutions architect, anything he can’t do with Microsoft technology isn’t worth doing.

    Senior Account Manager

    With experience in delivering innovative solutions, Wajeeha joined us in 2022 and is a key member of our technical team.

    Wajeeha contributes her technical expertise on many of our complex projects, which includes leading our exciting work exploring digital LED fans.

    Lauren is our in-house HR expert, specialising in effective HR strategy consultancy and support.

    Lauren is passionate about developments in Technology and Advertising, which she uses to produce our weekly newsletter and podcast, Tech & Trends.

    Karen Maddison

    Technical Manager

    Karen is a dedicated technical delivery expert, supporting our more intricate digital challenges and managing key projects.

    She joined Brave & Heart in 2021, and since then has become our in-house Microsoft expert, working extensively in SharePoint, Power Apps and Power BI.

    Charlotte Mann

    Account Manager

    Charlotte was our first employee to join Brave & Heart’s graduate programme, having completed her MA at the University of Edinburgh.

    Since then she has been promoted to Account Manager and is an invaluable member of our project team, using her skills on our SharePoint and People projects.

    Chloe Walsh

    Graduate Account Manager

    Chloe joined our graduate program as a part of the operations and marketing team, bringing enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to our projects.

    She is pursuing a CIM qualification to further develop her expertise in marketing. Chloe has already begun contributing to key initiatives and supporting our team's goals.

    Olivia McGrory

    Bridging Account Manager

    Olivia joined Brave & Heart at the start of 2023 and manages our various intranet design and development projects.

    She is currently working towards an ATHE Level 4 Diploma in Business & Management, and is a qualified APM project manager.

When needed, we work with a series of hand-picked professionals who have worked with us across many challenges and supplement our core team with laser-focused expertise, allowing us to scale projects up or down as needed.
